Day 1: Arrival at Zanzibar and Transfer to Hotel for Relaxation

Following a leisurely morning, you will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to Zanzibar Airport for your flight to Arusha. 

Upon arrival, you’ll embark on an exciting game drive through Tarangire National Park, renowned for its vast elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife, including lions, giraffes, and zebras. 

The park’s unique landscape and rich ecosystem offer a truly immersive safari experience. 

After a full day of exploration, you’ll be taken to a comfortable lodge where you can relax and unwind overnight, surrounded by the tranquility of nature, ready for the next day’s adventure.

After breakfast, you will be picked up by a safaris driver guide and driven to Serengeti National Park. 

The Serengeti is an extremely large and wild game park. 

Every traveler desires to see this nearly 15000 sq km. 

This park is truly “the endless plains,” as it is known by the nomadic Maasai who are found here. Your mind will be boggled by the quantity and variety of wildlife inside the Serengeti. 

It is the home of the Big Five: lion, Leopard, bush elephant, African buffalo, and black rhino”. 

It is also famous for its annual migration and beautiful landscapes. After the game viewing, you will drive to the lodge, which is located inside the park and has an amazing view for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

The sound of Africa awakens you from a night of sleep, and you will freshen up and go to the main area for breakfast. After breakfast, your driver-guide will pick you up and drive to the park for a full-day game drive. 

If you love animals, then the Serengeti is a good place to be. 

Here you will find the real Mufasa, Nala, Simba, and Scar, thanks to the Disney film “The Lion King”. Around 3000 lions are living in the Serengeti ecosystem. 

They are relatively easy to spot, not just because of their numbers but also because they like to loll about for hours each day under the trees. 

Lions can lie around for about 20 hours a day. 

The Serengeti also has bush elephants, Cape buffaloes, and birds like Kori bustard, Fischer’s, and many others. 

As the afternoon begins to end, you will make your way toward your lodge, which has a spectacular view, and it is located inside the park for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Enjoy an early morning breakfast followed by a final game drive in Central Serengeti as you search for more wildlife across the endless plains. 

You may spot lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, cheetahs, and large herds of wildebeests, depending on the season.

Later, depart Serengeti with scenic game viewing en route towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. 

Enjoy breathtaking landscapes and wildlife sightings along the way as you ascend to the cooler highlands surrounding the Ngorongoro Crater.

Arrive at your lodge or camp in the evening for check-in, dinner, and an overnight stay while enjoying spectacular views of the conservation area.

Today you will drive to the 8th Wonder of the World for a full-day game drive spotting wildlife. Ngorongoro Crater, known as “Africa’s Garden of Eden is a well-preserved natural phenomenon that has become a sanctuary for all kinds of wildlife. 

Here, you will find many reasons why you should choose to come to the safari. 

First, there was a volcanic caldera full of grassland, forest, and swamp, a settling jaw of beauty. Secondly, the permanent water of the crater floor supports a resident population of more than 25,000 large mammals, and inside the crater, you might spot animals such as leopards, lions, black rhinos, hyenas, wallowing zebras, waterbucks, baboons, and many others. 

Soon after ascending from the crater floor, you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your international flight back home.
